Your pharmacy is a disaster. Minimum waiting time for medicine is 1hr. You have only one staff to submit insurance approval for the entire hospital..! Very pathetic…

The person already registered with the hospital has all information in the system. By entering the cell number or EID number we need to get userid/pw with faceid Thanks

I have downloaded it waste of memory Wast of time Not working properly No lab report can be seen I can’t take any appointment through the app

Very nice design, user friendly and all information available on your fingertips, always booking appointments from the app only
Doesn’t work at all
Sitting in hospital tried to use it, took password 3 times but this app won’t work. Tried to access blood reports using app with mobile data, it will go up to the report after asking id and password but then will give error. App requires complete overhaul. This isn’t expected from Zulekha hospital.

I’ve been following up for an claim which is approved by my insurance provider almost 10 days now and they don’t refund and promise call backs which are never received.. pathetic coordination between insurance and billing team.. They only focus on billing the customers and are least bothered to return the amount even after receiving the claim..

when i want to check the insurance approval status the apps crashes and close!
