ZuluLog Pilot Logbook and EFB Reviews
Great - but missing PIC Name
Hi - great app! It's just missing one thing - the PIC name.. Mostly it will be "self" but it could also be an instructor or someone else if you are SIC or crew. You do have a spot for crew/pax names, but what's needed on the main page is PIC Name (drop down or free format) - this is required in logbooks. Hope you can add it? I would have used your feedback option, but it didn't work?
This needs some serious upgrades.
In today’s world of aviation, we need more portability. While the web interface is fantastic, ZuluLog’s app is seriously behind the curve. With the right updates, this could blow many other logbook apps out of the water. Firstly, automatic syncing is super important. The ability to access many of the same features and options as the online interface is also important.
I love this logbook. While ZuluLog is my primary digital logbook, I absolutely cannot stand its app. Get it together guys! It’s 2020!
Arrive Date time group
Why can I not add my block in times while using the iPhone or iPad mobile apps?
Also, importing from crewtrac is a nightmare
They have come along way 5 years
Excellent customer service and while there app based software is dated compared to other services out there (would love to see a updated app version) there main focus was web-based which is highly detailed.
Location issues with iOS 11
The iOS 11 location setting keeps reverting to “NEVER” if I set it to “ALWAYS” and the app thus can’t find nearby airports or log my GPS track saying “This screen will refresh when a location update is received from the device” . The app also does not show up among all other apps in the first-level settings page. Is it failing to register itself?
Not bad for a free app
You can't go wrong with free. Better than buying a log book app I use it to log my 141 flight school pic and inst approaches as well as glider time. Pain in the butt to sign off each flight, not very user friendly when it comes to adding simulator time. Just overall I would like this to be more like the apps you pay for. You get what you pay for with this app. So far pretty positive review.
Highly recommended
Syncs with all devices for free. Use it to track all of my Part 121 flights and to go to interviews. Prints out perfectly. Love love love this app!
Very happy with this log book
Great app for pilots. The ability to log flights easily, and report on them later, is awesome.
Horrible
Downloaded app and signed up for account. Crashed on first attempt to log on. Not able to log anything, just a dark screen.
Does the trick!
I use the free version as an electronic log book, does the trick. It's not fancy, no frills, but it's a nice backup for my paper log.
