بيكون قايل انه هيوصل في حوالي ساعتين او كدا وبجد بيقعد كتير اوي مش بيجيلي اي كلام ولا بيوصل يعني مع انه منتجاتهم حلوه بجد موضوع التوصيل دا محتاج يتظبط

I recently used this app for ordering, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired: Delayed Deliveries: Despite promising 2-3 hour delivery, my orders took over 2 days to arrive and then i cancel it because it didn’t arrive even after 2 days!! This inconsistency is frustrating and undermines trust. Ineffective Customer Service: When I reached out for assistance, their customer service was useless. They lacked helpful solutions and failed to address my concerns promptly. In summary, this app’s service is a letdown. Timely deliveries and responsive customer support are essential, and this app falls short on both fronts. 👎

everything is always out of stock, all type of samyang noodles have been out of stock for months now and there’s no update.

I don’t recommend this app to anyone They are literally a big failure. I used to purchase from them quite frequently untill their customer service became robotic and non helpful and don’t fulfill their SLA. This service became very poor and disappointing. I will never use it again.
