Easy to use and intuitive from a technicians standpoint. Takes the same data from the back office and makes it easy for me to see what I need to do day to day, job to job

First day use, server can not log in, web and app down for over 4 hours already, if they maintains, no notice received, if they didn't do maintains, so be careful, they have server issue regularly. The price different from web shown and sales guy offered. None professional company operating.
