the app no longer opens ; constantly crashes and will not respond to emails. cannot use their service and cannot cancel has happened to 5 others DO NOT USE THIS APP
App is crashing every single time I open it making it unusable
Please fix the app I haven’t been able to use it for over a month and paid a whole month for nothing I had to even pause my subscription because the issue is still ongoing.
Literally no reason not to use it
Super amazing deals, literally only use it once a month and it pays for itself. All my fav brands are on it and it helps me try new brands too

This app has genuinely been so helpful. It has both saved me money at places I already wanted to go as well as introduced me to new places. Highly recommend, it’s worth it!
The perfect app for college students!
Zupp is an amazing app! I am a sophmore in college and it has come in handy countless times. Zupp has allowed my friends and I to discover so many new places while keeping our bank account happy! I definitely reccomend!

they’ve been charging me for 4 years after telling me that they were going to cancel it. still have screenshots from the support conversation i had. definitely did not cancel my membership. definitely did continue to charge me every month
Scam - Horrible Management
I cancelled my membership months ago (maybe even longer), the app says my membership is cancelled, yet I’ve been charged every month for the past 8+ months. Can’t get a hold of anyone either.
SCAM!
This app is a scam. They also have no “forgot password” option so if you’re out, you’re out and you can’t cancel. Also, in the terms of service it states that reoccurring payments are “non cancellable and non refundable”, the only way to stop paying is to cancel your card. Do not use this company
