reception is actually quite good. maybe just some places i get 3G connection. but overall, 5G connection is generally stable. price is only $10 per month, really worth it. Compared to Simba which has terrible reception everywhere, i would really recommend Zym mobile to people.

Using for one week, so far so good but app only updated with my number about a week after port in successfully. And it’ll be good to allow “main number” so once we open the app, the correct number will show if we have multiple number under one account. Please improve!

1. They do not have a hotline. Go down to 1 out of the 3 outlets or contact via their Facebook messenger if you need support. 2. They claim to have auto-billing, But their system do not work well. Payment have failed to deduct 2 months consecutively for me before deciding to port-out. (my card is valid and details are correct) Zym Help Article stated that their system will attempt to deduct another 3 times before suspending your service, however, payment deduction continues to fail due to system fault. 3. Upon failed deduction of payment, line will be suspended. Either make payment at the 1 out of the 3 outlets or PayNow them. Note: - if you PayNow them, you will need to tell them all your info. - If you're paying on behalf of someone else, remember to tell them your full name. Their finance needs that for confirmation - Any failed payment (due to a system fault), your line service will be suspended in the morning - Their finance team starts work at 10 am - The earliest you can get your line back up is 12pm (with expedite), I can't imagine how long more it will take without expedite. (10am + 1 hour for finance team to process payment + 1 hour for backend team to activate your line) - You have to tell their support step by step, what's next because they're not experienced like other telco - I made payment for 2 months upfront. They only process 1 payment after 6 working days - They will try to call you during the processing of the payment, but their number has +65 in front, hence it is very common to skip the call because scammers always have +65 - They do not leave any messages if they failed to reach you - Meanwhile, you can still use your line after contacting the support in case of line suspension, but they're most likely going to suspend your line service again if the finance team does not process your payment within 5 working day, which happens on my case. 4. Most likely you will need to make payments manually every month since auto-billing does not work 5. Support will get back to you "shortly". Everyone's understanding of "shortly" may differ, remember to clarify with the support how long is it exactly. Sometimes it can be 1 to 2 hours, sometimes it can be 6 working days. 6. The system and mobile app is under maintenance on routine, it could be down or not responding sometimes 7. Logging in, Forget Password, seems to encounter a lot of unknown errors. 8. Website footer links are not setup. e.g. Knowing your bills, Store Locations, Legal, Terms & Con
