Pocket Academy ZERO

This game is awesome sauce but I get an error upon startup. No error code, no support team, no nothing. Just the words “An error has occurred”, “OK”, “Error”, and “Back” on a black background. I did a Google search and I am *probably* screwed as there only is a Reddit post for a different error on Mega Mall Story. Tapping anywhere on the screen kicks you out of the app. Hoping I can get a developers reply or something else. I don’t want to reinstall the game and lose my progress! Is there any way to fix this without losing my progress? :(

Had to delete because of Ads floating around the screen.

Omg! I love this game so much!! Thing is tho, I created a new spot yesterday, but the game hasn’t said I created it But apart from that, the games great!

Even if I can’t read this language it’s good but could you make a English version

カイロソフトさんのアプリはいくつかプレイしたことがありますが、名門ポケット学院は中でも特にクオリティが高いと思います！良い点としては、課金して強くなるような要素が無く、他のゲームで感じるような金の力によるストレスを感じづらいです。 悪い点をあげるなら、始めは時間の早送り機能がないことです。クリアするまで続けるのはとても長いです。私は後半のあたりはすることが無くなってしまい、早く早送り機能が欲しいところです。
