Why was my trip £3.50 and £5.50 taken out my bank account?

They took money from my account and then the driver decided to take a different route and tried to charge me more money

What more do you need than a mobile app for a reliable, local taxi service? I find the pre-booking service is the best way to book a taxi worth 1010. Even for 4am runs to the airport 1010 has always turned up on time.

App doesn’t even work, drivers can never find my street

When trying to prebook a taxi there’s no ‘save’ button when you try to select the time and/or date you require…

Really like the app. So much better

App quoted £5.50, took £7.50 out of bank Driver said it was £5.70 - what’s going on?
