My phone IOS is on 14.6 and still it does not work on my iphone

Recently update not working on iPhone 7 It’s shows initializing dialer

Problem

I use it before was no problem. Now when I updated 101 dailer after big problems for ipad and its couldn’t got a full screen and I dint see the call derution when make a call and there dont got a call back option like from history to call back again And if i use this 101Dialer Then phone getting very Hot. There is don’t got a 101 voucher recharge option. Please make it solved Thank you
