11pets: Pet Care

This used to be a nice simple app. I added a lot of information, details and photos. Most of it has been lost. What a waste.

I quite like the app but there is no way I can justify spending that amount of money when I can easily track their meds etc in my calendar or notes. It's a shame, I've used it for a number of years but can no longer as I have three pets and they will now only allow one for free.

I have used the free version of this app for almost 5 years for 2 of my dogs. New upgrade force me to choose 1 pet only to go forward, what about all the data for my other pet that I kept for 5+ years I didn’t mind seeing ads for the sake of it. Wouldn’t go back even if they bring keeping multiple pets on free version back again.

Can no longer access this app as it has a message about upgrading to the new app, you click the link that takes you to App Store only to find it’s the same app you already have. Completely unusable

Can’t access data using the old app, can’t access data via the web portal and can’t download the new version because it’s not listed on the App Store. Links from the old app and the web to “contact us” or “continue to use old app” are simply dead. It feels a bit like the pooch has left the kennel…

I’ve had this app for several years, and I worked fine then I keep getting the information about upgrading I click on it and it sends me to the App Store only to open the app and get stuck in the same loop, I’ve tried contacting but nobody respond very disappointing what was a good app is now no longer usable and it contains my pets information’s which I can’t access.

It's a great app reason for low stars is I keep getting told I have to upgrade for 55 euros or else I will lose use of app I'm sorry but that is rediculous amount which I can't afford to just pay out and with no way of keeping the free app seems stupid

It’s a good app, not the best looking but it does its job. Now is becoming a paid app for €69/year. More than any other human health app. It’s way too much IMO and I’m looking for alternative Reply to the developer: I’d be more than happy to pay for the a lifetime licence but €69/year is more than I’ve ever seen in 10 years I buy app in the app store!

I love this app and have been using the free version for a few years. I would like to continue using it, and would absolutely be happy to pay either a one-off or a subscription, but the yearly price of €50 (going up to €69 with out the early discount), is just way, way too high for what you get here. €20-30 would be reasonable. Sad that there will be no lower price tier or free option because I haven’t been able to find an alternative to 11pets.

I was looking for an app to log info for my new kitten, and to track development to see how far along they are. I found this one and I’m giving it a try. My kitten is only three weeks old, and I can’t bring it home for a little while yet. This app looks like it’ll be great to keep note of everything along our journey.
