Great app
Been using this app for years . It has great content.
Very peaceful
I love the guided meditations. They are extremely helpful and make me very aware. Sometimes I don’t get to listen to the whole thing because I fall asleep. If you’re having trouble sleeping, I recommend downloading this app. I do love to listen to the meditations I’m new to this, so I’m still learning, but this app is very helpful I highly recommend.

This is hands down the best app for everything AAA. The readings and meditations are everything you need. The free meditations are all you need but it’s definitely worth buying the lifetime subscription. I use this app multiple times a day and it’s definitely helped me with my recovery.
