Would give it a 5 star app but they need to have the messages show up on the app when app isn’t open.

They refuse to honor claims on a regular basis. They ask for documentation, which I provide. Upon receiving the documentation they sometimes approve the charges, and sometimes they don’t for no apparent reason. The last time I went through this there was a notation saying that I could read why the claim was denied. When I tried to open it there was nothing there. If you have any other options,use them. This is a train wreck.

It’s January 11, 2020 and I’m trying to file a dependent care claim from 2019 and the app won’t let me because it only will take current year claims. Incredibly inconvenient.

This was great and easy to submit receipts. Now it is glitchy and kicks me out before it actually submits. I tried re-installing the app and shutting down my phone and the issue continues.

I agree with previous reviewer. This app used to be better. Really worthless now. My account is suspended so I can’t use my debit card to get my prescriptions. Can’t upload receipts, can’t make payment, very frustrated.

This app used to be super convenient. Recently I have been unable to upload receipts and today when I went to try to upload them again, app wouldn’t open. Just a white screen. It used to be awesome, hopefully they fix it.

This app is virtually useless. It works maybe 40% of the time. I constantly get an error message when trying to upload receipts so I have to do it from a computer. Really inconvenient.

It does not let you upload a receipt easily it takes at least ten times. Also, no response from customer service when emailed

Had on iphone, worked great. Don’t have anymore so put on iPad. Absolutely horrible. Won’t load. Slow to load. Had to submit a receipt 5 times! Lots of blank screens. Had to keep killing and reloading. 30+ minutes to do lousy 2 submissions.

Downloaded this app to submit requested documentation of a claim that was paid for with pretax card and you can’t do it. That would be my primary reason for wanting the app. The app is a little too simple- it is missing key things to make it at all helpful.
