12Calc is a full version of the well known HP12C for the iPhone and iPad. It also includes an audit tape, unit converter, worksheets, rotated views, user guide and HD graphics optimized for iPad and iPhone retina displays.
•Runs in 64 bit mode on the latest iOS release and new iPads and iPhones.
•Calculations are highly accurate and blazing fast. No more "running" flashing displays for amortizations, depreciation schedules or interest calculations. Work as fast as you can type.
•Audit Tape: The audit tape keeps a record of your calculations. You can review, mail, text, share or print the tape.
•Unit Converter: Convert between a wide variety of common units and currencies. Currency rates can be downloaded from the internet.

•Built-in contextual help: Touch the ? key for a description of any keyboard function with examples of use. If you are just learning or can't remember how to use a function- just touch the ? key. Includes tutorials on how to use reverse Polish notation (RPN) and how to solve time value of money problems.
•HD Graphics: Graphics optimized for both retina and standard resolution screens. Choose from multiple color schemes including gold, rose gold, brass, copper, silver and several color tints.

Absolutely crucial addition to my iPhone. Well done!
Having my hp12c on my iPhone is absolutely the best. Have used the calculator for 38 years, so very crucial for everyday use. Works smooth and faster than actual calculator.
12Calc
I’ve been using a 12c I bought in the late 80’s everyday for 30 plus years. This app is equal to and better than that actual calculator.
Excellent app
This is a great app; only recommendation is to make the blue on the keys a shade lighter because it is sometimes difficult to read.

Awesome Financial Calculator
This is my Go-to calculator. In addition to all of the functions of an HP 12Calc, it has numerous worksheet functions with full data tables. Awesome app. If you’re in the financial services or real estate industry, this is a must-have app.
Best 12c there is!
I’ve been a 12c user for a long time. It’s the best financial calculator there is and this is the absolute best one, just updated too. The functionality is perfect, it has the option of having a visual stack on the screen, and the record tape feature lets you check your work not having to redo the calculations. You can customize the color scheme too. Just the greatest version of 12c ever created, thanks! Update 01/2025 Still the best! Thank you!
Amortization
The previous version I had used calculated everything about a mortgage payment. If I left something blank and hit that button, then it would calculate whatever the information I requested. I.e. interest rate, Payment, years, etc. Now it does not calculate that for me anymore. The previous version worked exactly like my 12 C calculator. Can this be fixed or is there a new way of doing these types of calculations?
Like HP12c
I have really gotten good use out of this app for real estate and general use. It has been very reliable.
