I enjoy this app however, my plan was to listen to the audiobook while I jog in the morning. When I try to play the app on my watch it says I need to purchase an $89 subscription. Messaging with tech-support they mentioned that it is not Apple Watch compatible.
The app doesn’t even open if you are not on the internet. I reported the issue a few times and still nothing.
App stays on loading. Haven’t been able to even check the app out. Very disappointing.
I love this app because of how much I am able to retain the information I’ve learned. I’m a neurodivergent so getting straight to the point is so helpful for me. And this app does just that. 12mins is the perfect time for a summary before my mind starts to wander off about what I’m making for dinner later. And I love the fact that there are quizzes at the end for you to test your knowledge. I’d recommend this app to anyone. Only improvement I’d say is to fix the quizzes they sometimes freeze up and the multiple choices get added to the wrong questions. Or it doesn’t go to the next question like it should. Also they could be a tad longer. For deeper testing of knowledge. But great app overall.
You can’t get rid of. Once you have subscribed, you can’t cancel. Think twice before subscribing. I have been trying for over a year to unsubscribe and the app will not let me cancel. It has for a second year in a row taken my money.

Every time the app starts it nags you with a pop-up message to turn on notifications. Over and over and over and over and over and over again.
This app is better than scrolling through mindless posts on social media. It engages my mind and attention in and around topics that I didn’t know existed or think I’d enjoy.
I’m writing this review because I opened the app I chose things I wanted to learn and then pressed continue, immediately it said “can we send you notifications?” I said no and it would not let me continue so then I changed it so could send me notifications. After that, it would not stop loading and I have exited out of the app and gone back into it. I’ve done everything I can short of deleting it and reinstalling it so I don’t know what to do.
This app is helpful. It introduces new books and interesting topics. It provides both a synopsis and critical review based on their take aways. That said, it is of course subjective. This app won’t replace what you could have learned from reading a book. Rather it can either persuade or deter you from deciding to read it.
