The latest update a few Days ago - it no longer works on my iPhone 6 What do I do now, apart from upgrading my phone to a newer model ???

Nothing guarantees if you lose fare they have lots of excuses not to pay you

App keeps crashing when clicking on driver notes

i cant open Driver apps to accept job from my regular driver and i call help desk they’re cant do anything,,something wrong with 13cabs driver apps,please fix ASAP,,tx u

I put so much effort to write a feedback to 13cabs. But never seen any changes. Guys don’t waste your time sending feedbacks

Downloaded App - cannot login - error message - saying not connected to internet 🤨- wouldn't be writing this review if I wasn't connected to internet - reset my iphone - deleted and reloaded app - no login - disappointing but thats the taxi industry🤬

Yes it’s handy but since RS in the market no good news for drivers from anyone but bad news. Completely unfair industry.

Tap current booking and just says no booking found. Umm ok? I have a booking but this feature stopped working after last bug fix update 😒 When I tap on call customer, tap tap tap tap nothing. Occasionally it will let me if I press it 57 times! Very inconvenient when trying to find customer as the GPS in app can be dodgy and give wrong address. Have to use call channel instead and wait on hold. I’ve contacted support, no response, no fix as yet.

I am a driver. Sick of driving with taxi as they have poor service. When customers want to cancel a job app doesn’t allow them to cancel it so driver go next o the pick up address and customer says I don’t need taxi and i want to cancel it but it wouldn’t allow me
