Loosing internet connection
Once it has an internet interruption it never goes back online. So it’s useless when we are away!!!

A very terrible app to login to an account and if you get kick off it wanted let you log back in. Also very hard to setup an account to even get started.
5G connectivity
Nothing I do connects right away. Had to use my hotspot to get it working.I have had this camera for 4 years and all of a sudden it doesn’t work. The app

Keeps giving me “the line is busy” error message. Used to work, now total crap!

Do not waste your money!!! Purchased New and the device would not connect to the 2.4GHz internet. As the device was plugged in the lens would get very hot!! Item only turns and vibrates but never connects to internet to use in this app. Horrible product!!

It is very difficult to connect to. Had to redo it several times.
