the camera say it has wifi but not i cannot connect to it the app just says no conmection yet my phone says its connecected and app company will not answer why

Operation of camera work intermittent - most recordings not saved.

It was good at first allowing me to review clips and manage the camera. Then over time it would hang often. Now it won’t connect to either of my cameras. Useless.

Was fine until ios13 update. Wifi connected but app not connecting to camera

It worked for a month then the WiFi won’t connect. This camera is therefore unusable. Sort this product out and make it work or send me a refund!!

It says it’s connected but it isn’t. In the app, in recorder setting menu there are blank switches to turn on or off but no idea what they are for as they are blank. So far all it’s done for me is a purple light if I plug it in and I have no idea if it records or not. I’m sending it back for a refund.

First was great, watched my trip to the shops, next time, the app would not connect to the camera, wifi would not accept the correct password, then it did, but then it kept showing that had to be connected by wifi, although wifi was, terrible, should have stuck to the Dashcam & app I trusted, money wasted

If you’re lucky enough to stumble on this app before buying the camera, congratulations! You’ve just saved yourself from wasting your money. All the other reviews explain why.

Had this quite a while now and check footage on iPhone every now & again but often find it does not connect via WiFi but take out the card and scan on laptop. Not what I wanted. Nice neat and small but to many floors so buying different one

This app doesn’t work on iPhones! Also, the cam recorder is useless without the app.
