I bought the subscription by mistakenly and am trying to cancel it and get a refund idk how to because am not able to get a refund I request you to help me to get my refund of 4,999 it’s a huge amount for me so please help me to get it back

I purchased yearly subscription with there offer of 87% off for new users i paid 1699 but the app is not showing any purchase and after payment also asking to purchase the premium
No visible support
I paid such a high price for one month subscription and it’s not taking my login and payment. I wanted to check the services and it still wants me to pay though I have paid. No receipt or confirmation. Feels like a fraud. Can someone help me check how to get my money back or atleast get my subscription to check. Nothing seems to be working.
