從八月中下旬開始練習超慢跑,有這個想法在心中孕育了大半年,後來實在是身體健康狀況不佳,加上我也71歲了!心想有需要這麼拼嗎?最後還是決定開始超慢跑,我跑了快兩個月時,到家庭醫生那驗血,後來結果下來,我的家庭醫生,打電話告知我血糖、三酸甘油酯高低膽固醇,一切正常!問我怎麼做到的?我説我練了將近兩個月的超慢跑! 我今年71歲了!一個人住在洛杉磯,這個超慢跑並不要特別準備什麼,對我來説很方便! 再次感謝你們的團隊 馮梅莉 只是我一直在App上留言,沒辦法傳出去! 我的超慢跑卡住了!一直沒辦法還原到主畫面,1️⃣直停在最後一個回答處 且有一個提醒 小主你有新通知提醒 不用了!我改別的慢跑App就可以!反正只是跑步而已!也不是只有你們的可以用! 謝謝了! 今天11/2美國時間!超慢跑App可以使用了!可是不穩定,一下可以,過一會又卡住了!我跑了三十分鐘,都沒記錄下來,新的版本沒以前的好用,不過給你們時間,we see!Thanks!

Apparently they loaded an “improved” version this past week. Crashed the app. It no longer works. Fell bad about it as it was a pretty good app. Better than the alternative. Plus I lost several months of data.
