I graduated RASP back in 2011 and Ranger School in 2012, but as a current SWAT member I find this program to be very beneficial. It’s designed for people entering Ranger School but I still find it as one of the better programs I have done even if that’s not what I’m using it for at this current time. If I were prepping for Ranger School today, this is the program I’d be using over everything else I’ve seen.

18 Alpha Fitness is an incredibly valuable program that will prepare your body and mindset for what’s ahead. Kevin was always available for any questions on specific workouts and also techniques/stretches for injury prevention. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to better their workouts and engage in a program that will test yourself. Everything was very structured and the app makes it very effective to keep track of your stats. You can’t go wrong with 18 alpha fitness and I’m definitely grateful for Kevin’s knowledge on training the right way!
