Timely resolution from Mary and good customer service

My first experience with this app was using it to receive money from one of my foreign client. I had seamless process in receiving the money, not even a single paper signed. And recently also, I am supposed to make payment for my Zoom subscription because I have a session coming up, after trying all my other bank cards including account with foreign currencies and all cards decline, I decided to give 1App a try and I was able to get the virtual card created on this app and it works very well. It was very easy to fund the card as well and you don’t have to wait for hours or days before your funds reflect I would continue to use the app and also give it 5 star rating Thank you 1 App team!😍

You guys have the worst customer service and the worst way to resolve things if there is a way I can give zero star I will , you tricked me into depositing now I can’t withdraw my money you keep asking for details of screenshot which I have provided more than 5 times but no response from you guys, you are a scam and everyone should run from you, I will Mk a post across all my social media platforms talking about you at least if 20k plus people on each platform can know you are a scam it’s better for me than keep quiet
