Useless app. OTP code not received plus no follow up 👎🏻

اتمنى تضيفون اننا ندخل الاوفر تايم وكل الأشياء الضرورية بهذا التطبيق

فقد الفائدة المرجوة منه ك نتيجة لضعف المتابعة من قبل تقنية المعلومات ، التطبيق لا يستجيب لطلب الأكواد ( OTP ) بعد ان تم طلبها ه مرات متتالية !.

I hope add overtime tabe in order to submit and check the additional hours

Error (defined) during accessing using correct information ( user name & password). No direction , except I have to call. I am not sure if chatGpt is part of help feature.

The App offers various valuable services, enabling employees and retirees to easily complete necessary tasks and download the required certificates from this app.

The app is good in terms of having an application; however, there is nothing for retirees in the system except the payday and calendar. I really wonder how company like ARAMCO accepts such system to reflect her image. Better go off without this system, or include meaning features in the app that worth using. The credentials and verification are really awesome indicating that you are accessing a treasure of information, but the outcome is almost nothing. Add some features that allow the user to communicate with the HR and let the retirees know all the right that they are entitle to through this app. Allow communication channels with all services that can be used by the retirees. More can be said if there is anyone interested from the development team.

I recommend adding a dark mode feature to improve user comfort, especially during nighttime use. This feature is commonly adopted by most popular apps, and I would be thrilled to see it incorporated into your app soon! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
