Amazing user experience and capabilities
I’ve used dozens of authenticators over the years. In fact, when I search for the word AUTH on my phone, I get eight hits—they’re all painful to use and don’t verify somebody’s identity. This is the only application that combines verified identity with phishing/resistant passwordless authentication, and the experience is super fast and self-evident, requiring no user training. Keep up the great work!

Easy to use
Only 5 digits are visible
The app generates a 6 digit code but with the latest update, only 5 can be seen. I have to copy the code and paste it elsewhere to view all 6 digits.
Ok app - needs work
The app in its primary function works just fine. However, the app developers don’t take enough care in working through all the used cases that they support for their clients. I am constantly asked to enable push notifications for the app, even though my company has decided not to use the push notification feature of the service. This is extremely annoying as each time I open the app before I can log into work. I have to press their button which navigate me to the settings and then navigate back to the app. Things like this should be addressed in a professional app.
Proper support channel missing
I have been seeing the same “Error: Request has expired” message on phone and iPad. The message is undescriptive and unhelpful. Which request has expired? When did it expire and what are the next steps for me? Going to ‘Support’ link on the website is equally unhelpful as it asks me to log in to 1Kosmos Service Desk for which I do not have an account. The chat service is equally unhelpful with “We’re away right now, but we’ll get back to you as soon as possible”. Do you have hours? How long do I need to wait? I am left frustrated with this beyond unpleasant experience.
App not launching on iOS
The app is not launching at all on iOS. When i click the icon, a white page appears and the app immediately shuts down. Please help and fix
Not able to send otp
The app does not allow to send otp. Also the other option of auto otp from app does not work. My otp got disabled due to invalid otp entered thrice
Kotak Bank issue!
This app doesn’t work with Kotak Bank. And the developers are missing since months. No one is fixing it.
