Great 1Life app, so simple so quick : )
No way to cancel a booking through the app
It looks like you need to call or email the center. No clear info on how to cancel either.
Needs investment
This is one of the most frustrating apps I have ever used. It just does not deliver the basics with any reliability, especially when booking group classes and swimming sessions.
Finding information is almost impossible
Website tells you to download this app, very little natively in the app, find out more in most sections links to a web page which will have at least one advert to download this app. This loop continues endlessly. Want to find out about swimming fill in a contact form. Terrible app, poorly designed with almost no content.
Needs improving
I’m sure once you can login the app is sufficient. However, having to wait to get a pin emailed to you before you can login is slow and outdated. Account creation should be immediate, as well as the ability to reset it, like all other account providers. This wouldn’t be such an issue if the phone line to get through to the centre was actually answered.
Rubbish
Want to take my boys swimming, download the app then register but still not sent me a PIN number so I can book on the app or on line. Very poor.

More than a month of back and forth emails and still can’t book through the app although I’m a member. Horrible experience.
A massive joke of an app
Completely useless. ..impossible to login, impossible to book a class online, to register, anything you click on usually goes to a 404 page result
