Hi, The application not detect my 1more evo earphones when I complete the pairing on iOS 17.3 . I need to restart my iPhone once to pairing, the application will be detected my earphones once. When I do this on iPadOS is normally. Please fix the application connectivity function.

connect唔到個headphone

My app is up to date bur right Ear side has no sound when I play music. Also the app always show”connecting” when I want to edit the setting and I cannot change the listening mode. Please fix it

For me its xcellent

I bought the pistonpro today. My iphone 13 can connect the buds but the apps ask me to check and no device was found. What’s wrong? So disappointed.

Cannot connect to app after initial setup

使用上非常不方便，因時常自動放電，放入儲存盒，過一段時間後，已經變成低電量，未能正常使用，感覺非常麻煩
