1REBEL - "King of Gyms"

Easy to use but has a lot of technical issues. Box pops up wit “something went wrong” almost every time I try and login. Then you are unable to cancel, book or view your schedule. Needs some work.

I have been a member for a long time and enjoy the workouts but have recently had issues with the app. I will cancel sessions well in advance of the 12 hour cutoff and it shows cancelled on the app but doesn’t go through to their systems so I get charged a £15 no show fee. Complained to the gym and was told I hadn’t cancelled properly so it was my fault and no refunds are possible. Not great customer service when it’s the app that is not working properly and the member has to pay extra fees!

honestly i had such a wonderful experience using the rebel app as well as going to their classes. the app is very easy to understand and use. everything is available everything is clear. 10/10 overall

Really good functional app. No glitches and able to book my classes very easily

Easy to filter by venues and search for sessions. Once you’ve found your session booking onto it is a walk in the park. Everything you need to know about the sessions is there for you. Would be good to have a countdown of how many sessions I have left to book for the month.
