It is a very helpful and useful app with everything specified but most of my points that are being taken off me are from cornering, but sometimes you can’t help but have to maybe swerve out the way of an oncoming vehicle because of a small street in an estate with vehicles parked either side of the road or even if it is a sharp turn but other than that, the app is amazing and would highly recommend it to anyone

The app has ALOT of bugs and it doesn’t connect properly to the black box, which results in having threatening notifications and poor ratings, due to these bugs. The app is ridiculously harsh on roundabouts (to the degree the app penalises you for slightly turning the wheel round an island), The speed zones are also incorrect half the time, the app doesn’t record phone usage correctly (I never use my phone but have somehow been penalised on three occasions for phone usage). When reporting these issues to the Insurance company they are anything but helpful. They will be happy to blag any old excuse rather than accept a fault with the app. And when they do they are condescending and make an issue when there doesn’t need to be one. First and last time I use this terrible, greedy company!

I have been with 1st central for a year & my online account does not work. It does not recognise my email address & my mobile number. It’s frustrating as I find it difficult each time I need to log in?? I’m not 100% pleased with the app, if you need to call them with a query or need help with something, they charge you £100 for the phone call & tell you to make any charges online to avoid the ridiculous charges. I have never heard of something so ridiculous, what are they getting paid for??

I keep getting notifications saying that I’m regularly using my phone when driving!? I HAVE NEVER LIFTED MY PHONE WHEN DRIVING. ridiculous and scary how inaccurate this app is. Will not be renewing again if this issue is not solved.
