Works inconsistently and needs widgets and shortcuts
This app is a great concept - but works so inconsistently for guests and deliveries it’s frustrating. 1) The access codes sharing or giving a link to entry, and all of my guests have had elevator issues at some point.2) For some reason the digital ‘fob’ has never worked for guests after sharing. 3) Additionally digital fobs need to have offline access options since there’s no cell service (or wifi). If you are going to put these kiosks up in areas with no cell service - you at least need to provide Guest wifi access so it’s usable. 4) Widgets, shortcuts and the ability to add your digital fob to your phone wallet all seem like obvious features that are missing. 5) Lack of user support, little help documentation or ability to troubleshoot these issues, or find a reliable way to provide access - In a lot of ways, I have a hard time seeing the benefits of this system beyond a traditional phone buzzer system. It’s more important that the system reliably provide guests access without me having to re-buzz them in or have to go to the lobby because the elevator access is unreliable.
