2000 AD Featuring Judge Dredd

This app is an ancient train wreck. Pages don’t refresh, images don’t fill in, purchases don’t show up. No view of purchases. Awful and surely a nail in the coffin of toothy.

This app needs a few improvements: 1. It needs to consistently recognise my subscriptions. Sometimes the ‘account’ page times out, says there are no subscriptions and the ‘store’ page does not show my subscriptions. 2. When browsing, it frequently shows only a grey square where a product graphic should appear. 3. Pricing often does not appear, it gets stuck on the little circle thingy 4. and most frustrating of all, it keeps losing my bookmarks!!!! I can live with the first three above but #4 is more than an annoyance. It interferes with my reading enjoyment and therefore I give this app, the primary focus of which is to let me read my 2000 AD comics, ONE STAR!

Worked initially, but recently it checked for updates, then spends the entire time with a starting logo not loading.

I've enjoyed Comixology's app for years and the guided view is good. But I still prefer being able to rapdily pan in and out, which 2000ad seems to facilitate effortlessly. My only criticism is that I still do not understand the difference between the two 2000ad apps?!

Fix your terms and conditions rendition. Not signing up if I can't see what I'm agreeing to. Just hardcode it into the app and be done with it.

New update was not great as it caused issues with my already downloaded books so I had to uninstall and reinstall. Navigating my library of content is not good, I thought it worked well when you could see the books in series order. Also the settings to change how you can read the books should have that eye icon replaced with a cog when in a book and those settings should be accessible in the main app settings as well. Love the content and your efforts, just needs some qol improvements.

This is regarding the Aug 24 update; here’s improvements, but still a long way to go. Only half of my library shows up when browsing, have to physically search for the rest. You have to log in EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU OPEN THE APP. And as a result of the constant logging in it doesn’t save where you have been reading. It’s an improvement over the last, I can read more than twenty pages without he reader crashing, but there’s still way too many user bugs to recommend this

Come on, Rebellion, update this app - it’s woefully unreliable.

Every now and then I give the official app a go and it’s still dire. There are plenty of good comic book readers out there.

The gap between the quality of the content and the reliability of the app is surprisingly large. It’s a real surprise this was released, it is atrocious - refuses to download content, doesn’t persistently show your subscriptions - they don’t seem to want to fix it.
