2023 United Airlines NYC Half

The app on smart phones is fine. However, there’s no version for smart watches. I don’t want to have to take my phone when running the marathon when I have a watch with GPS and tons of features. This seems like such a logical thing given the use of smart watches for runners.

Why is it impossible to use the app when some minor update is available? No one cares about tracking virtual runners.

Very buggy and unprofessional designed app. nyrr needs look to Berlin marathon for best practices and organization for runs, they are far behind their user consumers friendliness, as Berlin marathon sets a distant gold standard for race organization.

Please fix your app! It turns down every time I try to open it. It just worked the day I download it but no more

What a disappointing app. Rarely does it open the first time and works. Lousy job TCS!!

This app is constantly freezing or unresponsive. Find myself using mobile web instead.

Normally "get" means the app is free and there may be in-app charges , but when I clicked I was immediately charged $10.21. Huh?

E.g. iPhone 7 Plus

Have downloading many race tracking apps and so far this is the best. Could see exactly where my runners were within a half block. Though didn't need directions, loved that they were available and accurate.

Great way to track your runners! And new map features! Looks awesome.
