2024 TCS London Marathon

Constantly having to refresh to get the live tracking map… and then it doesn’t work! Sort it out 😠

Couldn’t open map to track runners, I uninstalled and installed 4 times and map still wont open. Here in London waiting for a runner but can’t track whereabouts at all.

The tracking map does not work 😕

My son and o have been trying desperately for days to add my husband’s name to the tracker and keep getting error messages that the app can’t connect to the server. We’ve never had an issue like this with any other marathon app. It’s infuriating!

It shows the countdown but can’t find athletes or information. Have tried to download a few times as well as Wi-Fi and cellular data and nothing! Tried different phones as well

The marathon is tomorrow and the app won’t load the map or load my husband’s tracking number. I hope they get the issue fixed by tomorrow so I can find him on the course!

I keep getting notifications for starting and finishing for kids running that I’ve followed but can’t see anything on the app at all. Rubbish

Give 1 star as 0 is not possible. If you can’t connect to server how are you supposed to track anyone. Useless. Hope it’s sorted by Sunday. I’ll keep trying.

Not a good start!

I cannot log into the app. As far as I can tell my credentials are correct and no one is offering any help. All I get is a whoops error and the race is Sunday
