Prebookings Entirely Broken
Since the new update, the prebooking feature has entirely broken. The booking says it goes through and says it’s been accepted, but a car will not be sent to you. The controller will not see a booking for you (as I’ve confirmed by phone call twice). Despite this, a hold will still be placed on your card. This has happened two days in a row. Unfortunately, this error means I’ll need to find a different service as this isn’t reliable enough to use as transportation to/from work.
