Late and inaccurate
I recently used the 24/7 Hastings taxi service to travel from Old Town to Hastings train station. While the driver was friendly and the car was clean, my experience was not entirely satisfactory. The taxi was 25 minutes late, which caused a bit of stress as I had a train to catch. Additionally, I was repeatedly given inaccurate updates about the car's arrival time, which only added to the frustration. Moreover, after having the app recommended to me, I was disappointed to find that it didn't function properly. It struggled to locate me accurately and didn't send the necessary verification code, making the entire process more cumbersome. I understand that delays can happen, but it would have been better to receive honest and accurate information about the delay. I hope the service can improve in these aspects in the future.
