Mới dùng đã mất tiền

Không có hướng dẫn về quy trình book lịch, huỷ lịch, không có warning về việc huỷ lịch trước bao lâu sẽ mất buổi tập. Lỡ đóng tiền đành tập nốt.

App ổn

Giao diện đẹp, tiện lợi, dễ dùng lắm

App bị lỗi thường xuyên

App hay bị tự động sign out, bắt người dùng phải sign in lại Hay bị định vị sai, ko tìm thấy cơ sở muốn tập luyện, phải thoát ra nhiều lần App 25FIT hay báo lỗi internet connection, mặc dù điện thoại vẫn kết nối internet bình thường và dùng các app khác 1 cách bình thường. Trải nghiệm app quá tệ

Tập ở đâu cũng dc chỉ cần lên app book, cool!!!

Cập Nhật hoai,lỗi càng nặng

Lỗi đồng bộ lịch tập. Khung giờ đặt không đúng khung giờ trên lịch.

Lỗi check in

App đang bị lỗi booking. Đặt lịch thành công rồi nhưng trang chủ lại không hiện ra (dù trong danh sách lịch hẹn đã có) nên không check in được.

Lỗi phần booking

Không thể search ra studio gần nhất theo GPS dù bản trên web vẫn search ra bình thường. Không hiển thị bất cứ phòng tập nào theo tỉnh thành đã chọn.

Tài khoản thoát ra liên tục, 1 ngày đăng nhập 2 lần

Đăng nhập bằng email quá dài, nên để face id hoặc chí ít đổi thành số điện thoại

Thoát tài khoản liên tục

Tài khoản bị thoát ra nhiều lần, đăng nhập otp bằng email quá dài, không thuận tiện.
