Impressive
I’m very happy with this app. I never thought that my mood is really influenced by my cycle, but with this app I can see that it is in fact very much influenced. I’d wake up in the morning in a bad mood, being angry at some specific thing, and an hour later the app sends me a notification saying « You might be irritable today ». I wake up in a good mood in the morning and and hour later the app sends a notification saying « You’re probably happy and positive today ». And pretty much every day the app nails the mood I’d be in. I also enjoy the nutrition advice. I try to follow the recommended foods to eat and the recipes are fun to try. The workouts are nice and short, so it’s not too hard to find the time to do them several times a week. Finally, I enjoy how women focused this app is. I have never been super feminine but I feel like this app is the girly best friend that is fun to have around.
