I am so thankful for the existence of this app. The check-in and exercises provide me a sense of connection and care when things are stressful and overwhelming. AMAZINGG!! i’ve been wanting to work on myself & learn more about myself and it’s working great. I cant wait to see where these lessons will take me in future reference. They give you a quick tour and then let you get started with little steps, they definitely will go a long way. I LOVE how they include exercises and tips that you can take on your healing journey with you.

This is a great tool. I like having the rhythm of a weekly practice to keep my attention on a topic like self compassion. I like that the other people help keep me motivated to show up because we have all made a commitment to this practice. I also like that it’s really about finding out how to heal oneself and it guides people not to fix the other people but to listen with full attention. So it’s teaching me how to be a better listener at the same time as showing me how I know what I need to feel better and so do the others in the group.
