Do I have to complain always before you fix my channels…Have subscribed and my channels are still locked Kindly Fix my channels for me

You need to upgrade your app it’s very annoying to use it’s always buffering even when you subscribe and you said it doesn’t use mobile data after subscribing but it’s always buffering I don’t enjoy using this tv app at all you need to do something about it
