For an app this expensive the fact that I can't edit or delete change requests to resubmit them if a change occurred is ridiculous. Or another parent should be able to request an update to a request instead of having to make a whole new one.
Absolutely ridiculous refund policy. My daughter used this for 2 days. Paid $199.99 for the year and her spouse refused to use it. She did not cancel as she should have, but did not use the app at all. Now they are charging us for a SECOND YEAR. When I explained the situation and asked for a refund for ONLY the upcoming year (cancelled a day after renewal) they have refused. SHAMEFUL business practice.
I like the app for a few months, and then it started glitching. Examples are when I would go to scroll up in the conversation the app itself would scroll back down and then reset the page over and over. Second example is every time an automatic payment would come out the app would not allow me or my coparent to use the app for 1 to 2 days, which was very inefficient. i’ve contacted tech-support and the problem has not been addressed nor fixed. Considering switching to a different app.

I never used the app. Got charged a yearly fee (about $150) last July. I emailed the company on the same day (only way to reach them) to I request a cancellation and reimbursement. Never got a response back. Cannot reach anyone there. And now 6 months later they are asking that I update my credit card information this month because they know it is expired. Better be sure this is the parenting app you want before giving your credit card info. Julie
No where does it say you are paying for this app, until you give them information about you, your children, and your child’s other parent. There isn’t even a way to ignore/ skip that. What if you’re a single parent? What if you don’t have kids at all? This app should be pulled for false advertising, and data mining, before you even consent.
Le suivi des finances fut très utile avec 2Houses et nous a rendu un grand service. Alexandra (service client) a toujours été présente lors de question ou problème et nous n’avons eu aucun problème à canceller notre abonnement (enfants grands) même si à la dernière minute. Recommandé pour les parents nouvellement séparés. ;-)
Application très pratique pour garder une trace des communications et les imprimer au besoin.
I liked this app as a whole, it functioned for what we needed at the time. BUT I no longer need the app and attempted to cancel it SIX TIMES, using multiple ways to cancel and THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME! Subscriber be ware !
Puisque la communication est très difficile avec mon ex coinjoint, j’utilise que seulement cette plateforme pour communiquer avec lui. Cette application est complète et permet de partager toutes les informations nécessaires afin d’être bien informés et ne rien manquer. J’y suis abonnée depuis 3 ans et je renouvellerai mon abonnement.
