2nd & Charles Rewards

My first time in 2nd & Charles today and I loved the store and found a few books for my kids reading log. Downloaded the app and it’s needs some work. I signed in and I loved how it was very straight forward about the points, even though my purchase today wasn’t taken into account. I keep getting a notice every time I open the app to “ please update to latest version to continue usage” even though it’s already updated. It would be awesome if they could add a option to scan your receipts after if they don’t do it at checkout.

I have downloaded and attempted to sign into the app multiple times and all I see is a white screen after the signin process. (The app appears to allow my signin)Yes I have deleted the app, also redownloading as well. I’ve even went so far as to reset my password to no avail. Would love to be able to have access to the app as I am a very frequent shopper of the store. Please have someone look into an rectify this issue.

App will not even open and run. It's a blank screen literally. It's the same issue on droid and Apple

You would think by 2024, it would be simple to download an app and sign in. Apparently not

First the app wouldn’t let me log in then it went to a grey screen and didn’t do anything.

I love the store, but this app is horrible. You literally cannot login. If you try to exit it and open the app again you’ll just get a blank screen. Uninstall and reinstall multiple times and I cannot get past the login page.

Doesn’t open

App doesn’t work on iPhone 14 Pro. Does not even open. Only a blank screen.

Love the store so much but I can’t even log in. Hopefully they can eventually fix the bugs
