3 Day Blinds

I’ve had this problem for months now. The app crashes as soon as I open it. I’ve deleted the app, readded it, updated it. Nothing works!!! Please fix this bug!

Very hard time connecting blinds to my phone other than that it is great

I’ve spent a few hours over the past week trying to connect and program this app. It is poorly planned and doesn’t offer basic options like listing a room in the app that you just set up, deleting a room, and more. I thought I had it programmed and then tonight proved me wrong.

When you set up your shades there are two sliders in the app. The slider to the far right I figured out adjust the height of your shade where you want it from top to bottom. Say you want your shade half open, you use that slider to indicate that. It has a percentage on the top of the slider that stays at zero regardless of the position on the slider. There is another slider to the right of this one that I haven’t figured out yet. It too has a percentage that doesn’t change regardless of the position I use on that slider. I have zebra shade and would like to line them up or adjust depending on how much light I want in the room when they are all the way down. I thought that was what that slider was for But, unfortunately, I have to use the manual remote for this option.

I called their customer service and sat on hold for almost an hour and still never got a reply if they have an app for the play store because my wife has an android.

Followed instructions including the YouTube video and hub refuses to connect.

Extremely difficult to set up. I see why there are so many bad reviews.

I spent well over an hour on hold. Nobody could help me. After being on hold the women told me someone would email me to set an appointment date and time. Ridiculous.

The automated roller shades are convenient, but the need charging every 4 months. But the app rarely works. It will say it’s closing/closed but when we get home their still open.

This app has constant issues.
