3 Day Military Diet

The plan works if you work it right. The first three days seem strict but it's not that hard. This app is very helpful. It tells you want to eat each day and gives you substitutions. And it gives you a check off grocery list that is helpful. My only complaint is that I sent to questions to support that never got an answered.

I had a week left to lose those extra few pounds for my brother's wedding. I honestly thought that with the kids, work, and helping to plan the wedding, it just wasn't going to happen. This app was recommended by another bridesmaid so I decided to give it a try. Sooo easy to use. 3 days - 1, 2, 3. I got everything I needed and more (live chat help) to reach my goal. I lost the weight!! Thank goodness for the 3 day diet, and I get to remember it always with all those wedding pics :) Very satisfied!

App isn't working anymore. I don't know if it was after the iOS 10.3 update or before that. Please fix it asap! I like to do this diet every few months to break plateaus with weight loss.

I came across this app today and have been blown away by it! I did the military diet two weeks ago on my own, it went well..I lost 4 pounds in three days. I decided I wanted to go for round two and just checked to see if there happened to be an app..all I can say is WOW!, I'm so thrilled I did! From the grocery list to the check list and substitutes, the progress chart..everything about this app is phenomenal! By far, my favorite app ever. I especially have loved the customer support! I have had several questions about the diet and have gotten a quick response and tips from an actual human! It's almost like having a personal dietician! Get this app. Today. I promise, you will not be disappointed!

I am an older woman (68) and have a hard time even dropping a pound. This diet truly works. I do like all the foods on the diet so it's easy for me. After the three days I lost 5.4 lbs! Never lost this much in such a short period of time. I did use half & half in my coffee and still lost a significant amount in the three days. I also added a little low fat mayo to the tuna fish and a little relish to perk it up. But even with those few tweaks I did well. I highly recommend this app. If you get bored, just use the substitutions. Having that vanilla ice cream every night also keeps me satisfied for a daily treat. You won't be disappointed.
