Overall, i think the app works really well… i only think it could have some small improvements regarding the mop and the ability to move the vaccum to places and stay in that place

The vacuum cleaner was the best purchase I made without a doubt, the features of the app are more than enough, the only problem is the communication between the app and the vacuum cleaner. Sometimes we give commands in the app and the vacuum cleaner does not receive them, or receives after a lot of time. You should improve this.

Is hard to have the app working on weekends. Seems that the servers are busy. Cannot change maps, always showing error timeout. Also pressing clean it doesn’t assume most of the times. Worst experience ever. Please 360, change your servers comunication

The App takes forever to update the robot status. the robot is already in the other side of the floor and in the App it’s still getting started. Other problem is switching map, sometimes it’s basically impossible to change through my maps, I received time out all the time…. It’s just not possible, time out time out time out, please fix this App interactions. And no I don’t have a bad internet connection.

A minha esposa diz que foi a melhor prenda que lhe dei desde sempre 😂😂 A única coisa que tenho a dizer de negativo, é que por vezes damos indicações e não as assume logo.

A aplicação, mesmo sendo em inglês - é o idioma que uso, é bastante intuitiva e fácil de usar. Contudo como estou em Portugal era simpático da parte do programador que possibilitasse o idioma português Portugal. Ficaremos a aguardar uma atualização. Obrigada

真的太好了

现在扫地机器人动不动两三千，甚至四五千，看着就吓人。360的产品几百块钱的价格，基本就能把地扫干净，很满意了
