Can you change to speed limited from 31 to 60 because that stands there but if you try it it changes automatically to 31

Why is this still not fixed? Wrong password error and the app is useless, can’t change settings.

Also mentioned in earlier reviews of others… I get “wrong password” error message and therefore cannot use the app and connect to me e-step.

App blijft aangeven verkeerde wachtwoord. Kan nu helemaal niet meer in de app en maakt ook geen verbinding. Ook wanneer de app verwijderd en opnieuw installeert. Wat is de oplossing?

I've been using this app for a couple of weeks now, to lock my e-step. And all of a sudden the app keeps saying "wrong password", even though I didn't change anything. And I cannot even try a new password, the app immediately says "wrong password". So I can't use it anymore :( please fix this bug!

My scooter will not go from zero start anymore. You have to push off, which, is frankly, quite frustrating. If I wanted to kick my scooter I wouldn’t have gotten an electric one.

Used the app the lock my scooter, walked away, came back, and now I can’t connect to bluetooth anymore, meaning I can’t unlock or use the scooter.

I got my scooter and was playing with the app that goes with it, and in the manual I was told I could use the Advanced Settings to increase the maximum speed to 31km/hr instead of the default of 25km/hr. It’s not a big difference but it was something I would have liked to do. However, whenever I go about trying this, the software resets the speed value to default whenever I try to change it at all. Not the end of the world, but it would be nice when settings that are advertised actually work.

Needs a power off button, my scooter won’t turn off so having an app button is helpful

Make sure to not change your password or you will be locked out of the app! I been locked for ages and demanding that the developer updates to fix this password thing
