Hi guys, For trading the chart is one of the most critical feature but you didn’t include it to the new app. Even worse that you are forcing users to the new app with incomplete feature by prohibiting them to use the old app. Suggestion to unblock the old app till use have the chart deliver in the new app.
Not sure why the chart in app has been removed in the new version. Very frustrated whenever I want to make a trade, I need to go to Binance or other app to check the chart.
This app hasn't been new for years so why does it have to say this in the icon!

I purchased a bot and it was trading for 1 to 2 cents a day with $210 dollars in the account and made little to no profit. In 3 days the total profit was +0.06 cents. After paying $497 and investing another $210 into the account i would expect better especially from what was advertised. Long story short i contacted the support team they ANSWERED but did not resolve any problems whatsoever they just told me to put in more funds to compensate for the bot. Im calling scam! Unless you have an absolute boat load of cash to invest into this i dont see how it could be beneficial to anyone trying to pay bills. Waste of time and money and that guaranteed money back is a lie i got ghosted when requsting a refund.

The app needs a serious upgrade compared to the website. It's frustrating! Here's why: Scouting history is a nightmare. I can't sort anything, meaning I'd have to scroll for decades to find old bot records. That's ridiculous! The profit calculations don't add up. My trading gains/losses should be clear and separate from overall market fluctuations. It's confusing as it is. Editing bots on the app is a joke. Where are all the options from the website? It feels like I can hardly customize anything. This app has so much potential, but it needs work. Please invest in improvements – it'll make your users (like me!) much happier.
3Commas is a awesome site to use. For a first time user and all the videos on how to setup a bot in any category is amazing. Working on getting some passive income for retirement. Thanks 3Commas
Still actively searching for a Coinbase trading bot, that isn’t a greedy pig. $50/month to setup a multicoin DCA system is not sustainable for most users. Can’t justify paying more than $20/month. Neat app, get that it’s still glitchy, but it’s disgusting to see basic features being charged a hefty premium…
