3CX

I am using the 3CX at my job on my personal phone and, when I am not working, I activate do not disturb to stop the notifications, but it does not always work. It kind of annoying to be called by customers when I am not at work. Is there a way to solve that problem?

Doesn’t work

My work has switched to 3CX last year and it has been a nag every since. Being able to have my work number connected to my phone has been great, but you are unable to customize the times you would like to receive calls without manually putting your settings as away. If you forget to do this, and your company works in different time zones, you are going to be woken up by phone calls at 4am, and this app somehow overrides “do not disturb” mode. Its hard to believe a company of this size doesn’t have an option to select your working hours to only receive calls during specific times. Seems silly that this isn’t a feature on the app. Huge fail.

The3CX still rings when the phone is yet to Do Not Disturb mode. As a business communication application it should recognize that there are times which our phone should not ring. Such as meetings, conferences or seminars. When your IOS device is set to Do not disturb all other messaging/call services are silenced such as WhatsApp, Slack, Skype, etc but not 3CX. This should be addressed.

Works really well but would be nice to be able to enter a phone number from the keyboard of an iPad.

Need this app to notify me via Apple Watch if a call is coming through. I am hearing impaired and my Apple Watch is how I am able to be notified if a call is coming through especially if I don’t hear my phone going. Please add feature!

Tap on “scan QR code” and nothing happens. Maybe it’s a good mobile app. But I cannot use it.

Can’t park call, app is always changing can’t get the switch board. Can’t merge calls, can’t video call. Fox all these and this would be an amazing app.

Every time when I scan code it is no server. Why?

I like the premise of this app however, I think a few features would create a better user experience. 1. Built in video calling into this app, no one wants to download an extra app to use. 2a) Let more than 3 people join a conference call, doing this alone would eliminate the need to schedule a meeting. OR 2b) Make it so you can join meetings without adding them to your calendar or going to the email link. It’s an extra step that is not necessary. 3. Create a short tutorial video for people who are new to this app. There are a lot of steps to use some of these features, and this can be overwhelming for people who aren’t technologically savvy. Overall I think this app could use a little tweaking and it could be extremely user friendly. I like that it’s free and it’s great for people who may not have access to phone numbers.
