Token invalid
Invalid token can’t sign in
Invalid token
I’ve had the watch since 4/29/23 and it was working fine until today 5/12/23 when it said token invalid. I workout a lot and like to track my progress and my heart rate. If there wasn’t a token invalid problem my rating would be five stars but the error kind of leaves a bad impression.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The app is completely useless, and won't let me log in. The watch itself is great, but I will not buy another one from this company. Support hotline also useless.
Was great till
The app stopped working and had to constantly reset the watch to have it work properly

It isn’t letting me create a account it says server error unknown
Terrible
This App is terrible..all I want to do is log in and set my watch but it keeps saying invalid token, so frustrating!
Callie Hybrid
Watch no longer supported by app, no communication provided by 3Plus. I now have the Samsung Galaxy Active 2 watch which looks similar to Callie and works great.
The token error
Very upset with the app cannot get on my phone to input anything so I cannot use the watch for the reason I purchased it
Stupid app
Says token error every time I try to log in I can’t even update my watch it’s an hour off
