Please.. just remove it from the app store. So confusing..

One of the worst apps ever. Paid for my tickets, and they are not showing on the app/online, despite the tickets being purchased. The number provided for customer service also is useless, as no one ever picks up, I have be e trying for hours now. Such a terrible application, that refreshes the page once you’ve successfully bought a ticket, so you cannot even screenshot it, and then doesn’t show you any record of your ticket. I have lost out on money, and cannot get in contact with anyone from Korail. It’s absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. One of the worst apps/ train reservation systems I’ve used ever.

Forced to use this sorry excuse of an app and it is total crap. The English version is full of bugs

just go to the station to buy a ticket, the app will not let you progress past selecting a date

Had to download it again and again because it would keep bringing up an ad that you couldn’t close. Atrocious.

This app does not work on iPhones. It might work once, but then the next time you open it, you can only see a white screen. It often crashes and just doesn’t function. Works 100% better on Samsung.

Constantly crashes. Terrible layout and usability. How this even got released is beyond me.

Can’t believe I cannot use the ticket i booked online on the app (only option was to print out the ticket which is not possible for me as I do not have a printer at home). I literally had to cancel the ticket online and repurchase the ticket on the app to use the electronic ticket. Why is there such a incompatibility between two platforms? I don’t understand at all.

With Korea being the forerunner in much of the world’s technological advancement, you’d think they’d have managed to develop a functioning train app. Think again. This app is slow and unresponsive. Clicking often entirely ignored (for instance in agreeing to terms). After several attempts to book my train to Busan at the weekend, I finally got to the ‘check out’ bit, but again, my click to confirm was useless. I tried it all again, with no luck. Half an hour wasted. It’s actually easier to walk to the nearest train station and get your ticket there. I’ll never waste my time with this stupid app again.

I used this app to reserve a ticket only to find out that the only way to find out my seat number (other than queue up forever) was on here. No matter how many times I logged on, it still wouldn’t show up and I ended up having to phone up customer service whist on the train to find out where my seat was. As well as this, the only way they’d give me this basic info was for me to read my full credit card number out aloud and in front of other passengers. Terrible service.
