4-H Livestock Record

I tried to add a user but every time I tried to click done it wouldn’t do anything.

I have a herd of around 40 goats and I have not found any other ap, purchased or otherwise that I can get comfortable with. I am very worried about it being discontinued. One thing I love is that I can create a separate “herd” by adding a User. This allows me to create a record of the year’s kid crop which I create real-time as each kid is born. Since most of them are sold and there are over 50 of them, I do not want them cluttering up my main herd records. The main drawbacks are that I can’t have them on multiple devices. The previous version for exporting data was also much better. Since I have an iPhone it doesn’t bother me that it is not android compatible.

I love this app! It helps me and the kids keep track of their many projects so that doing record books at the end of the year is much easier. The only things I wish I could change or add is 1 a way to log in on different devices and still have access to my records so my kid can enter things and so can I. 2nd I wish there was a way that sold/deceased animals could be tracked but placed as “inactive” so they show their records but maybe move to the bottom of the list? With the message in the app I would hate to loose this app as I have been unable to find anything comparable or the apps suggested.

This app does everytging I need it to do! I've tried other apps and nothing compares and honestly I don't like them. Please don't retire this app!

I love this app and I use in for all our animals not just the 4-H. I keep up with breeding, birthing, shot records, you name it! I love clicking on the pictures and having all that animals records in my hand. I’m sad to see that they are updating and I’m going to download the data or lose it. The pictures didn’t save and I have none of some of the animals bc I sold them. I wish the data was saved so I could login on my phone or computer. And that I could upload past information to the new version

I just downloaded this app and already love it as a resource for my breeding projects. However, I wish that when you click on an animals page from the main screen, you would open up “their page” that shows their description (where I keep all notes). I need to keep track of coat type, ear type, color, eye color, DOB, sire, dam, litter sizes, and litter colors. Since those are options to just enter, I keep this in the description and would love it to be as easy as clicking on the animal to see. Instead of going to the edit page within the animals page.

Would love to have the ability to record behavior/training progress separate from health. Training the animal for fair is a big part of showing and animal temperament is very important for breeding considerations. I think future farmers could really benefit from having the animal’s mental progress and capabilities evaluated as well, especially considering physical and mental health go hand in hand.

Love the app...but it needs to be a shared source....not all family/farm members are available at all times to update info. Causes an issue with missed information. Please allow access for multiple devices to allow a family to share farm information...

It’s a shame that this app cannot accommodate time and expenses spent on still projects, other 4-H organizations including junior fair board, junior leaders, camp counselor training and participation, advisory boards, etc. Also, you better be sure of what you enter (ex: animal name) because you won’t be able to delete it later on.

Love it, easy to use, multiple user and animals, reports are what I need. Would love it even more if it could sync to other devices :) eagerly awaiting the ios11 update so I can continue using it (app won't open without an update) Thank you for developing this app!
