I’m surprised how bad the user experience of this app and the company’s product. We got a mamaRoo swing (new) and I can not express how disappointed I am because of the bad wireless features. The bluetooth pairing is like a nightmare. Sometimes works sometimes not. Once it’s paired it can easily lose the connection. Multiple devices can not control the device. Why? There’s wifi option. But why? Why it requires to share my precise location for connecting? And why should I connect the device to wifi? What are the features? There’s no reasoning. The manual lacks of explanations. The app is a tragedy. I’m not even sure how they wanted us to use the bluetooth music streaming. That is basically not working. The support links are dead in the app. Not even the “email us” link works. Disaster. And it’s bot even a cheap product… Very very disappointed. 😩

Got new momaroo rocker model 1040 and can’t connect to app. I follow direction, click add device in Bluetooth then nothing happens. Goes back to add device screen showing no device added. Using iPad mini

An app that doesn’t even work half the time especially the bluetooth music streaming. Those pre-installed songs have no effect on my child. All upbeat garbage…and very suspicious activity of invasion of privacy with request for location on a child’s app.

This is great if you are too lazy to get up and bend over to change the settings

App requires sharing your location in order to connect the MamaRoo to wifi. This is obviously completely unnecessary. Its simply idiotic location is *required* to connect to wifi. Child product related apps should simply never track location, this functionality should be disabled.

The MamaRoo works, the app doesn’t. Just flat out doesn’t connect.

The app works perfectly with our bassinet, however, never seems to work with our swing. Rarely ever pairs and if it does, you’re not able to connect to the bluetooth for streaming music. This is for both my iPhone and my husbands Samsung, so it’s not my phone. We’ve tried deleting the swing and reconnecting it as a new device, deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as followed all the troubleshooting steps on the website. Not sure if maybe we got a return (which would explain the box) that may still be hooked to another account but pretty bummed we’re unable to use the app.

I used to buy the mamaroo for all my kiddos.I miss the old app this app NEVER stays connected to the baby rocker. I always have to pair it again it’s a pain in the butt. It also stops swinging after a certain amount of time which is a con. I miss the older app and the older swings :( will not buy this swing for my other babies in future

This is a life saver no doubt the best swing ever
