Such a great app with so much capability.

I love to imagine house designs, room redesigns, you name it - including some off-the-wall ideas. Almost all of these are possible to make in 4Plan, with the bonus that it creates the ability to walk through it in 3D. It is not perfect - while it allows for multiple stories of a building, it doesn't allow for changes of floor level within one storey, which can sometimes be limiting. But it is super-fun, easy to learn without prior skills, and is a great way to showcase your great ideas to family and friends

Some of the things like the roof and garden features don’t work. I even paid for it but I can’t do most things.

spent a lot of time trying to get everything to size because it wont let you input lengths so you need to drag everything until dimensions match it also wont let you duplicate rooms but at least it snaps. after 15 mins of misery of dragging walls, i was about to drag in the first door then it asked for a payment plan and i couldnt move the door on the floorplan. i wish i could get my 15mins back after using this disappointment

I can’t for the life of me figure out how to use the lidar room scan function! So frustrating how unclear this is. Please help.

The bugs outweigh the pros, in my opinion. Just using for fun, nothing too complicated. - Move your build so that when you add an item so that it doesn’t populate on top of something else. It’s sometimes impossible to move the added item if it’s generated on top of something else, you’ll only be able to grab or move the already existing item. - resizing things like doors and windows is infuriating. Even when touching the middle to grab and move, all it does is resize it. - adjusting walls or anything in a small space can also be infuriating. Occasionally the short wall I need to split will refuse to be chosen and instead every item around can be clicked on…regardless of how zoomed in it is - often, even using a pen, items clearly not directly where I’m tapping are being selected. I have to misalign my pen to select what I am aiming for. Used long enough to put together one build but that’s all my patience could handle.

I find it irritating that only certain things are available for furniture, kitchen supplies, and so on. If somebody's using this for their job as an interior designer it might bug them to only have a couple things available. Please put it into consideration to make more things available for furniture. Thank you.

Not everything but this is still a great app only 1 window choice, and then everything else is premium. Just use floorplancreator.net, bro, maybe add a tutorial?

The app is good, and has the potential to be a Great app for design and architecture, but it is somewhat limited. The cost is comparable to others, but at this price point more options in User Functionality and in the Catalog Items and Materials to choose from such as exterior cladding or siding, elevators, emergency ladders, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, solar panels, electrical generators, water tanks and pumps, whole house air conditioner units, Bunk Beds, Chandeliers, Numbers, Letters, and more Artwork or Pictures and definitely more variety of people. The AI or augmented reality feature is virtually nonexistent and that was a major problem. It should be available and it should allow the user to do their own voice-over as they view their design - basically the virtual builder, architect, designer, developer, etc. I also tried to email but never got a reply.
